Andreas was an excellent host! He provided a couple goodies in the front door pockets for me to enjoy and the car was clean inside and out. The car was just as fantastic, good gas mileage and very comfortable. Would definitely be my first choice if I needed to rent another car!

The host cancelled this trip 12 hours before it started. This message was automatically posted by Turo.
Our car was snoozed in the Turo system, and for some reason, on the Turo side, it didn't snooze; rather showed as active. A prior 5-star guest booked it when it was unavailable. Within minutes of the booking alert on a Sunday night, I messaged the guest and had her rebook with another Turo.
I took this to the Turo host help support, and I was still tagged with this automated message regarding canceling.
This was a Turo issue, and not a result of issues with us as a 5-star host.

No smoking allowed
