Sam’s CRV was perfect. Felt like we were driving a brand new car! The car was detailed and did very well traveling to St George and back. Easy pickup and drop off, and Sam was very informative and responsive the whole time. We will definitely be renting with him again in the near future! Thx Sam

Dead battery on morning of departure for our flight. Stressful!
Very sorry, nobody should have to worry about that when renting a car. I take this feedback very seriously.
I had the battery tested, it was bad so I got it replaced. I am also now including an emergency jump start and tire inflation kit in the trunk with the spare tire, to ensure future guests are ready for anything.
