Host was great! Communication was smooth,easy and straightforward. Car ran great good mileage even though gas is a little steep right now. Will definitely book again!

The pickup of the car was fine. When I started the car up, it read Oil and Filter maintenance needed. I continued with my trip. We got there fine but on our way back the car had a malfunction in the middle of nowhere on the highway and when I reached out to the host, I was told "not sure what to say, go to dealership". The closest dealership was over an hour away and I had kids. The host didnt want to share warranty info upon arriving and i had to stay an extra night because the dealership couldn't service the car until the next morning, so there is money that I didn't expect. The host initially wanted me to pay for the extended time needed to get back after his car malfunctioned. I was told at the dealership that this problem doesn't occur with a matter of days and that it shouldn't have been rented in this condition because it was unsafe as the car wasn't accelerating past 50. I just thought the host could've done things differently given the situation. Good luck if you decide to rent. The vehicle, while running properly was fine.
I will like to make the record straight, this same vehicle just came back from dealership for service before you pick-up also we will never ask you to pay for oil change, also sharing warranty information is not something that is hidden when you have the vehicle with the Vin No and tag. This is not adding up.
This is a 2025 Nissan rogue with less than 25k millage well service and detaileed.

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
