I rushed to the Jeep when I saw this review. There was another trip starting same day and I thought I would have to cancel it. When I got to my vehicle I noticed you had gotten a flat and changed it yourself without notifying me. You didn’t tighten the lug nuts properly. Luckily this did not damage the Jeep and I was able to get it fixed before my next guest. Communication is key, I’m not sure how long you drove around like that but that definitely was something that could have been avoided.
Jay was very communicative with me and an exceptional host! Would gladly use him again!
