Jeep was just as pictured, nice and smooth ride! Pick up and drop off were super easy. Xarah was a great host she was very nice and helpful in all communications, we extended our trip and it was super easy and greatly appreciated. We will be renting this jeep again for sure, the whole family enjoyed it. The kids said they preferred it because it was easy to find in parking lots 😂

The car is aesthetically, pleasing and bright, it was clean inside and out, but there was a pungent smell coming from the inside, as if something was rotten in there from before. The car drove somewhat smooth, but definitely needed an alignment. The host was communicative, which is a plus. I would book again!

We did notice an odor after the vehicle was returned and found a sticky liquid in the rear floor mats that wasn’t present at check-in, which likely caused the smell. We also observed the slight alignment issue upon return. Both have since been fully addressed and corrected. We appreciate you and would be happy to host you again!

The Jeep was very clean and well-maintained. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and responsive throughout the entire trip. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and everything went exactly as expected. I would definitely book again!
