The car was as described, comfortable and easy to find. The host was great at communicating with very quick responses. I would rent again from this host, however not an EV. The charging station situation in the Tampa/Clearwater area is terrible which is no fault of the host. We spent half a day unsuccessfully looking for a station that wasn't broken. The host was very responsive suggesting a charging station near the airport, but when we arrived, all of the working stalls were full (many were non operational). We are fortunate we were not in a desperate situation and had a decent amount of battery remaining to reach our final destination. It could've been a lot worse, but it certainly was not how we would've liked to spend our last day of vacation.

The process was so easy in renting. Directions on how to pick up vehicle was clear and precise. The car was clean through and through. Found a slight scratch on the hood and one fender. I reported it took pictures right away. The operator was very helpful and it was noted. I highly recommend this company. Not only better prices but the information they gave was beyond expectations. Great company great, guest relations
