Terrible customer service
We are sorry for the frustration. While we stayed in constant contact to support you, Turo Roadside is a third-party service managed by the Turo platform, not the host. We have no control over their dispatch times, though we did everything possible to advocate for you during the wait.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine

Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
