Maybe it’s the app, or because this is my first time, but there was a mishap with where to pick up the vehicle, adding stress and taking away time and reducing mileage allowed.
When asking about the vehicle’s speaker, instead of getting a straight answer I got a snarky remark of not to party in this vehicle.
However the vehicle was clean and didn’t have issues.
Overall experience was not bad but not the best.

To clarify, your reservation was for pickup at our listed location, not the airport; when you asked that morning, I offered airport delivery for the applicable fee or pickup as booked. Regarding the sound system, I explained it was factory-equipped, not an upgraded “party” system. My trunk-party comment was meant jokingly, not disrespectfully. We wish you safe travels.
Awesome ride it drives super smooth a well kept and clean car. Angel was very responsive and flexible with any changes we had. Look forward to booking in the future.
