Host was a clear and quick communicator. Car pulled a bit to the right on the highway but worked great for our family’s trip. Would rent from Lissa again in a heartbeat!

Communication was horrible. Car had dings and it reap with very very strong air freshener. When ask if she would clarify the pickup location at the airport she was very vague. In text.
