Car was great, but they put the car in the lot two days early so I was charged $25 instead of the what would have been $3/hour. Car and other things were great.

Jessica, we understand your complaint but we also explained that you will receive a parking refund after your trip ends automatically per new Turo policy. Unfortunately we can’t leave cash or do any other forms of payment except for official Turo transaction
