It poured down raining when I left work and the wipers didn’t work. It didn’t have any washer fluid to clean windows. My phone died driving home from work an hour and a half drive bc none of the 3 charging ports worked. Seems like it need a wheel alignment and the service engine soon like came on immediately after I picked it up. I was not very confident in the reliability of the vehicle.

Hi Natasha, windshield wipers are in perfect condition as well as washer fluid tank was full during your trip, service engine soon light is NOT a check engine light and I explained that it only turns on when you put anything less than premium gas in the car (we include in the listing that it’s premium only). Our technician checked every single charging port and ALL of them work as well. Regarding alignment, we actually just replaced all 4 tires and did an alignment on July 15th so it’s all good
Excellent experience, seamless from start to finish! Great car, and having it delivered directly to me made the whole experience that much better. Emma was very friendly and quick to respond to my messages. I’d absolutely rent this car from her again and would highly recommend both!
