The car have paint missing on the front bumper. At pick-up the husband was aggressive kept asking for my ID after I just uploaded and confirmed it on Turo. Then at drop off I gave him the gas receipt and told him the car would not take anymore gas but some how it was one line below full and they charged me almost $40 after I asked them at drop off would they like me to send $20 on cashapp and they said NO. I would never rebook a car with them. GOOD LUCK

This review is a malicious retaliation. At check-in, the guest became hostile and refused to show her physical ID, a mandatory Turo policy. When we insisted, she got offended and intentionally vandalized our car by ripping a personal item off the dashboard. This left us deeply shaken and unsafe. She then returned the car 30 minutes late and under-fueled, lashing out when we refused an off-platform cash payment. I strongly alert all other hosts to avoid renting to this individual.
Silpa was a wonderful host! She was very friendly, communicated well throughout the trip, and made the rental process easy. The car drove great and was a very smooth, reliable ride.
The only constructive feedback I have is that the interior could have been a little cleaner when I picked it up. It looked like there may have been some leftover mess from kids.
Overall, I had a great experience, Thank you!
