The process for pickup was pretty choppy. The vehicle arrived 30 minutes after my check in time which I already had a late landing (11pm). The vehicle was not clean and there were multiple cups in the car. Getting out of the lot wasn’t explained which got tricky when there was a truck blocking where I was supposed to leave but I had no idea based on lack of instructions. I think the company running this could do a much better job and when they were late they kept telling me it was because they are understaffed but not sure what that had to do with me. Overall a nice car, made me think about upgrading to the new tesla model but experience wasn’t great.
