Tony is an Elite host. Very professional, maintains his vehicles well, and takes his customers’ experience seriously. Check-in was fast and straightforward. Car was clean and got excellent gas mileage. During check-out there was a minor billing/tech issue from Turo’s end…Tony got on the phone with support immediately and stayed on until I was refunded the overcharged amount (that same afternoon). Best experience I’ve had renting a vehicle.
