Car was excellent. Fun, clean, reliable. Deb was friendly, and gave great suggestions.

The reservation process and overall rental experience were easy and straightforward. Pickup from our requested location was very convenient. The Jeep was clean and in good condition with only minor wear and tear. We did notice a slight knocking sound at lower speeds, which a few passersby also pointed out, though it may just be a “Jeep thing.”

Communication with the owner was excellent—responses were quick and helpful. My only two concerns were: (1) we reserved a cooler weeks in advance but were told on the day of pickup that none were available, which wasn't a huge deal, just an inconvenience, and (2) the detailed return instructions weren’t provided until the day before. Because of this, we weren’t able to complete the full cleaning expectations due to our tight schedule with a late return and early flight. If those requirements had been shared earlier, we could have planned accordingly.

Overall, it was a positive experience, and we would rent this Jeep again if we return to the area.
