Gosh I lost the car key in Georgetown. Mehdi was so helpful in making a plan. Also I was traveling with my elderly father and young nieces. He was flexible in arrangements to help our family out. May God bless his family.

Dashboard said car battery wasn’t charging 5 minutes into trip, host was unreachable for hours (phone number doesn’t work), had to return early. Trouble getting refund because host wont confirm car was returned.

The vehicle was in good working condition before this trip and was rented immediately before and after this guest with no battery issues reported. The vehicle has continued operating normally since. We communicated through the platform regarding the return. Unfortunately, the circumstances suggest the complaint became more about securing a refund than the actual condition of the vehicle. We stand behind our maintenance and documented history
Mehdi was a great host. The vehicle I had was very reliable and easy to drive. Mehdi was very responsive to all questions I had, also drop was a breeze!!!! My husband and I look at other cars he has listed and we will definitely rent again. Thank you for your top tier service💜💜
