The pickup went well, the car was clean and was an excellent vehicle for our purposes. There was one issue along the way. A sudden loss of tire pressure resulted in a tire change. Things happen but upon inspection, the tire was severely worn on the inside tread. This is evident of a lack of regular tire rotation or replacement. Communication was good during this event and we were on our way an hour later. The coolant level was also low upon initial inspection. Advice to renters before a trip would be to throughly inspect, tires, brakes, coolant, wipers and the oil level and look for any signs of needed maintenance. In our case, the worn tire did not get noticed.

Thank you for the feedback. We replaced all four tires, and the car was serviced at Cadillac Fredericksburg two weeks ago, including an oil change. I’m not sure why the coolant level wasn’t checked, but we’ve already taken care of it. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
