This is an incomplete review. I moved heaven and earth to help this guest when the car she booked had an issue and she wasn’t responding. We swapped her (with her consent) to a different car for one day, then I drove 60 miles each way on a Saturday to get the original car back to her. She then complained about something fake to get out of a nonrefundable trip, but never mentioned anything in the four days she had the car. This car has perfect ratings; I’ll let my reviews speak for themselves.
