This was a highly disappointing rental experience. Upon picking up the vehicle, the interior smelled strongly of both marijuana and cigarette smoke, despite the window sticker explicitly prohibiting vaping and smoking inside. Furthermore, the key fob had a dead battery, and the owner was 30 minutes late for the initial pickup and 20 minutes late for the drop-off. To add to these issues, the vehicle had 93,000 miles on it and a warning light indicator remained illuminated on the dashboard for the entire duration of the trip. I cannot recommend this host.

Communication with the host was timely but the car was disappointing to say the least.

This was a terrible experience. The floor mats were dirty as was the inside of the windshield. This was hard to see since I picked up the car at night. The key fob didn’t work and there was a warning light on the dash. The car smelled strongly of air freshener as well. I took out the air freshener in the morning because it was making me ill. The car then smelled strongly of smoke. I contacted the owner and she would not take the car back. My belongings in the car all smelled terrible because of this. I called customer support and they assured me that I would receive a refund for the unused days if I returned the car early. I decided to return the car. The host was incredibly rude and harassing since I told her that the car smelled bad. She was unreasonable and threatening.
You was every disrespectful of my car the car was clean there were before and after photos you didn’t complain bout anything till 2 days into the trip because you wnated togo home early and wanted a refund the pictures proof there was no check engine light on you never even complained bout that only light is tire pressure and that due to bad sensor as turo has received proof that there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle you was speeding in the cardoing 80mph but the car was threating? Never again
