The car was unsafe with bald tires. Reached out to the host, Cesar. No remedy offered and denial of the bald tires despite pics and a screenshot of Google Lens saying the tires were unsafe to drive on. This was noticed after we hydroplaned in rainy weather. I have rented from Turo numerous times before and have never had a bad experience.
