The radio in vehicle barely worked the mirrors were definitely wonky but the car drove fine!

The driver sideview mirror was broken and this was not disclosed to me prior to the pick up of the vehicle. To the exterior inspection everything looked fine. This is s safety concern, I only learned about it as I was already driving the vehicle and it kept changing position when driving on a bumpy roadway. The interior of the vehicle was also not completely clean. The car bluetooth system was not always working, which again can be safety issue if you use your phone for gps navigation, unable to listen to music while driving.
