Car quality and location was great.The only issue I had was that they were late with pick up time (which was 10:30am) to get instructions I called the number on the building the company door was locked and I sent messages on Turo(no response) The host called 20-30 mins later (so now it’s 10:55am) and asked me “Did I have a miss call?” Yes (i said my name)I have a reservation for a (name of car) been waiting outside for 25 mins, I sent everything in what’s wrong? He asked “Did you send in your license?” I said “yes” he then said “Ok let me check and you will receive your pick up instructions.” The instructions came within five minutes and I was happy. Even though the beginning wasn’t off to a good start, my journey to the end was good thank you Danny.
