I rented this 2023 Nissan Rogue on very short notice after an unexpected issue with my personal vehicle left me without transportation for several days. The host was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental.
During my trip, I noticed the vehicle did not drive as smoothly as expected and appeared to have a suspension or steering-related issue. I informed the host, and he immediately advised that he had recently had work performed on the vehicle and planned to take it back to the shop. He also offered to switch me into another vehicle, which I appreciated.
I chose to keep the Rogue for the remainder of my rental since it was otherwise reliable and I experienced no mechanical breakdowns or safety issues during my trip.
Overall, the host provided good customer service and was responsive when concerns were raised. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the driving/handling issue I experienced with the vehicle.

Car was very clean and smelled nice. It drove smoothly with no problems and the host was very professional and communicative.
