The key fob died yesterday. host is stating that is not the jeep key and to look for it but no one else has a jeep and that is the key to the car given to us look at the red tag I uploaded ! a photo of another key was sent to us but that is not the key we were handed nor was it there when picked the car up. That red tag I uploaded went to the key I provided that died.

Fady was a great host from start to finish! Communication was excellent, and he was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental. I especially appreciated his willingness to meet me where I was when I couldn’t figure out how to open the trunk, just to make sure everything with the car was okay. That level of customer service really stood out. I would definitely rent from Fady again and highly recommend him!
