The vehicle was great and ran well. Prasanta was so nice and super prompt. I ran into an issue with the Turo platform and he accommodated me even though it wasn't his issue! Wonderful experience especially when I was in a bind and needed something last minute.

The car was great just until it got a little hot I turn the a/c on it was kinda blowing out hot air
