Car had major problems while drive driving including cutting off in the middle of traffic

The car was clean and the service was wonderful

Had to rent a car because of a funeral Sam was very good and courteous just that the car broke down and Toro took its time to get to me and then now I’m still stuck in Battle Creek though even though they tried to pay for Uber and they kept canceling they said I had to pay for one out-of-pocket myself for them to reimbursement other than that I mean, you know he did respond and know it’s not you know I wish better circumstances but you know it wasn’t. I actually enjoyed it. he was actually responsive and everything else and very courteous cause I had a funeral to go to. But there should be other ways to get a person to the city Turo should find.
