This car is great, but communicating with the host was frustrating. He was very available but threatened me with additional fees at the last minute, and when I couldn't open the lock box he said the only way to open it was to drive to his wife 30 minutes away.

Thank you for your feedback. The lockbox was a standard combination lockbox, and the correct code and clear instructions were provided in advance. Regarding the “extra fees,” these were not charges created by me. The vehicle had to be returned to the designated Turo Car Share area at Boston Logan Airport. Parking elsewhere may result in airport parking fees, which the guest was informed would be their responsibility.
Great experience. Communication was great and the car drove nice, super clean, and very dependable. We totally rent it again.
