Pick up was amazing, super seamless loved not having to wait like my counterparts that were here for the same reasons. Tesla was super clean and overall well taken care of. I was not as diligent in my look over for damage and it wasn’t until I pulled out of the lot that I noticed damage and it did take me 3 hours to contact AJ about the damage so L on me.
Tesla is base model so not the extended range, but it was a choice since I’ve been trying to really notice the difference more than just on paper.
Drop off was also flawless, it wasn’t painful in the slightest and did not take up too much of my time. Invoice for charge fee was sent very quickly which I loved. Overall was a pleasant experience. Was not happy about having to pay for someone else’s damage but lessons learned. Please look over the ENTIRE vehicle to include the top as that’s where the crack was and ended up spreading from.
Recommend the better insurance package for sure, this review is not to deter you from renting from AJ as he was really nice and professional.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review , I’m happy you liked the overall experience , about the windshield Turo reviewed the evidence , if it was cracked they would not approve the repair , and it was clearly visible on your trip photo and mine there were no damage on the windshield , about the range , the vehicle is extended long range , the limit is changing under different driving conditions .
