The customer service was okay, not very quick to respond, but they were flexible when I asked to move the start time back the day of. The car was the real problem… Some of the issues where Mazda’s fault, but the car also did not seem well maintained. Trim on the driver seat was falling off when we received the car, and the maintenance light was continuously begging us to take it in for service. The transmission definitely needs to be checked out, as we felt/heard multiple rough shifts throughout the week.
