At the start of the rental, the communication was a little awkward. Usually renters text or call me to let me know the car is dropped off. This renter just honked the horn in front of the house. Other than that, the car ran great and all other communication was great.
As Hosts, we try so hard to satisfy all of our guests, trying to make the experience as fantastic as possible with a smooth transition of our personal cars that go through so much wear and tear... We sacrifice our time and energy to make everything perfect for our guests, but you can't satisfy everyone all the time, no matter how hard we try... The most important part of this business is to make sure my guests have an outstanding experience with some memories of a great vehicle. GOD BLESS!
