The host was completely unhelpful. We picked up a car that had a screw in the tire and we tried to return it, and they would not assist.
The low tire pressure warning was not present at check in, and both our photos and the guest’s own check in photos confirm this. Unfortunately, the issue occurred during the trip after driving. The guest insisted that we cancel the reservation, however once a trip has started, hosts are unable to cancel and guests must work directly with Turo Support and Roadside Assistance. We are sorry our compliance with Turo policy was perceived as being unhelpful.
