Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple, professional and friendly, and the car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free.

Didn’t like the host very prejudice when met and greet me ! Over did it with direction because of my skin color made me feel very uncomfortable didn’t even want to rent the car for work after that !
Rules were provided to you which everyone gets verbally as well as in writing. Your skin color has absolutely nothing to do with any of this as we do serve everyone equally regardless of color, race, religion or anything else. After you created drama, you were given the option to return the car but chose not to. You are just rude and angry. Btw, entire situation was reported to Turo, noted on your account. Customer service rep also called you to discuss returning the car

I rented the car for 2 week. The car and renter were exceptionally amazing. Car drove great with no problems. I had to extend my trip and she was very quick and responsive with messages.She made the whole rental nice and smooth with no problems.
