Soon as I picked up the car it reeked of cigarette smell. Once I started the car the oil light was on. I alerted the host of the issue and they asked me to drop it off at an auto shop in Clinton MD. I could not because I was on a tight schedule for a business meeting. After leaving the meeting on the way home not only the oil light but the engine light came on as well. I alerted the host again about this issue as well. He then called me from his personal phone and asked me to not drive the car because could lock up. Thankfully I made it home but when I got up on the morning to go get gas and to drop off the car at the pickup location the car was shaking and engine was clicking. I did not feel safe driving the car on the road so I asked the host to pick it up from my house for my safety. All in all the experience was terrible and I’ll never rent from this host again.

I was very disappointed in how getting this car went. My pick up time was approved but the host decided to wash the car during the time I was approved to book because of a late drop off from the previous renter. The tire warning sign is stayed on the entire ride car drove funny. Upon getting the car the tank was not filled but was expected to be filled upon return
