I booked this vehicle three weeks in advance for a 10:00 AM pickup, but on the morning of my trip I was asked to delay pickup until 12:00 PM because the vehicle was getting new brakes. While I appreciate the importance of vehicle maintenance, the last-minute change significantly disrupted my plans, and I would have appreciated an apology or a bit more empathy for the inconvenience.
When I arrived at the updated pickup time, I still waited about 15 minutes before receiving instructions on where to find the keys. During a phone conversation, I was told I was being “borderline disrespectful” simply for expressing my disappointment with the experience, which I felt was an unprofessional way to handle customer feedback.
The vehicle itself also fell short of expectations, with old trash inside and dirty seats and floor mats. Overall, the car served its purpose, but the customer service and vehicle presentation left a lot of room for improvement.
