The quality of the car was great. The host was extremely helpful considering this was my first trip with Turo. Turo's customer service was useless. However, the host answered all of my questions very easily. I would have to say that Turo's problems are due to the confusing nature of their website and due to this, I wish I could leave a two star rating for Turo and a five star rating for the host. I believe that the service takes too much payment from the hosts, as the hosts do all the work and Turo just sits back and collects money. Turo needs to take better care of the people who are actually making the money for them..

Car worked great! And they even offered a different car because the other one had a check engine light!
