Renting a Tesla for the first time was an exceptional experience! The car pickup process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear and straightforward instructions for accessing the vehicle and navigating out of Logan.
The car itself was spotless and fully charged, ready to hit the road. Driving it was a blast—the cutting-edge technology and smooth handling made the trip unforgettable. As a first-time Tesla driver, I had to get used to regenerative braking, but it was intuitive and easy to adapt to.
One challenge was the cold weather, with temperatures dropping to -5°F one morning. The Tesla’s battery performance did show some impact from the extreme cold, but it was manageable.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely rent this car again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try out a Tesla!

The Tesla was excellent for a road trip. The autonomous driving with navigation was perfect to have in a place like Boston and it saved us from many missed turns and it can navigate to nearby supercharger destinations to make it easier. Danny was super quick to respond and helpful during our trip. I had an emergency where I lost the key card and he answered my call and saved the day for us within minutes. I would not hesitate to rent from them again!
