This is the best Turo experience I’ve ever had. Incredibly convenient pick up and drop off. Very fast response times and service. I would absolutely rent from this company again.

Easy pick-up, good directions, easy drop off. Car was as advertised, clean inside. Only feedback is, that you get charged (more than normal charging costs) if the battery percentage was not exactly at or more when you drop it off, than when you picked it up. It is almost impossible to do if you pick the car up with 95+ percent, because there are no chargers near by to top it off to 100%. So after you charge to 100%, by the time you drop off, you have less % than when picked up. I would suggest leaving the car % for pick-up between 50% & 60%. But that is just me, being a Tesla owner since 2014. I would/will rent this car again.

Thanks for your feedback, Douglas. Just to clarify, the vehicle was checked in at 94% and returned at 77%. The post-trip charging charge was only for the difference in battery level, in accordance with Turo’s charging policy. We appreciate you taking good care of the car and are glad to hear you would rent with us again.
