Only giving five stars because I can’t give six. This was my first time using Turo. The pick up and drop off experience was flawless and the vehicle itself was exactly what I expected.

The Macan was returned with over 4 gallons less fuel than at the start of the trip. The guest insisted she had filled the tank and refused to pay for the missing fuel, and she also refused to cover a $1.50 tunnel toll incurred during the trip.
