Sorry for your unpleasant experience for this trip Wendy ! We did reach out to offer you another alternative vehicle as soon as we were aware of the issue. However, you refused the offer because we couldn’t deliver the car to you in one hour due to the city rush hour. Alternatively , we agreed to refund you the unfinished days of rental and free charge for the gas refill as the compensation. We really don’t know what kind of compensation you are expecting. Please advise, thanks !
