I needed to extend the car and when the Turo representative reached out to them they didn’t answer the phone nor did they respond back by text and I had to turn the vehicle in more than 12 hours early without any response or call back with a response . They typically respond promptly but they didn’t for almost 24 hours. Still hadn’t responded even when I had to drop off at 7 am instead 230

Car was great. This is a car to drive without hesitation. It might not have apple car play but it is still a great car
