The vehicle needed an oil change. I thought it was an error message when first inspecting the car. To be completely honest, I feel like I lost money and mileage by it not being properly tended to prior to my reservation. Instead of 24 miles/gallon I was getting closer to 18-19miles/gallon and with gas prices the way they are I feel it’s asking the bare minimum that the car be in good condition, each time someone rents it.
Guest is not knowledgeable of driving a luxury vehicle… Does not understand the difference between next oil change and oil change due 🤣🤣

The car was in impeccable condition—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It drove smoothly and was a joy to navigate through the city. The owner clearly takes great care of their vehicle, making sure everything was in perfect working order. I loved every minute behind the wheel!

The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They took the time to explain the features of the car and answered all my questions. Their friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and confident as a first-time user of TURO. They even checked in with me during my rental, ensuring everything was going smoothly.
Overall, my experience was truly fantastic. I would definitely rent this car again whenever I need a vehicle. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
