Car started out just fine, then after less than one day with it brakes began to have a loud scraping noise which seemed a bit alarming. Car worked just fine, brakes included, but host was messaged in turo app as well as to emergency number provided to provide further guidance how to proceed with brakes. Host did not answer and it became clear this was a bot and not a real person.
