Everything was good just late on dropping car off

Car was 30 minutes late, and host refused to provide an eta. You can keep asking but they will ask you to wait indefinitely saying “arriving soon” so hope you’re prepared to sit around to start your trip. Later I found out the delivery person they use is an elderly person who can’t read their texts - so how can he drive? Despicable.
Thank you for your feedback, Ryan. We apologize for the delay due to heavy traffic and high demand that morning. Our driver arrived around 11:20 AM, but you had already left. For safety reasons, drivers cannot text while driving. We did our best to deliver on time, and Turo’s refund policies are outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
