In short: Car was ok, renting experience not so much. Hosts are not responsive.
Review:
Pick-up went smooth. On-time delivery and good instructions where to find the car. However I had to pay for parking out of pocket at the exit gate, which was mentioned somewhere in the fine print, but not how much. In sight of that the owners already charge $55 for the airport pick-up and drop-off, I assumed that the parking was included in that fee. The owners never responded when I asked if I had to pay anything to leave the parking lot.
The car ran alright, although the engine light was on from almost the beginning for the rest of the trip (as is mentioned in other reviews, too). Be aware that despite the fact that the Jeep is advertised as a convertible, you can basically just open a sunroof. To remove the back part of the hard-top, you need gear that is not provided.
The extra utensils I rented did not match with what I ordered. We only got one beach umbrella instead of two, but on the bright side there were two beach chairs in the trunk I did not order. One of the snorkels was broken.
The owners are not responsive at all (which matches the experience other customers made). Out of several questions they answeres only one. Instructions come by auto-message.

This was a bad experience from the beginning. The owner asked to drop the car off a day before and then went radio silent until the next day. A few miles after driving the car, the check engine light went on and I reached out to them three times to no response for 24 hours. There was extensive damage all over the vehicle I took pictures of before I took the car and so glad that I did! I should have known from reading other reviews stating similar things
