Everything was so quick and easy! Communication was awesome. This was our first time not doing an airport car rental place and there are ZERO regrets. We walked right to the car and the whole pick up and drop off process was so smooth. You get to choose the exact car so you know what you get ahead of time. And it was a cheaper way to go too! Loved it! Highly recommend!

The host was communicative and instructions were excellent! I will consider booking again because of this.
Just a few things as FYIs:
-you will need to pay for parking when you leave the parking area. This is not covered by the host. It was only $5, but just good to know beforehand.
-the car is not in the best shape on the exterior (just document the dents and scratches when you arrive) and though it seats 7 people, it's very tight if you have luggage for 7 people (and we only had carry-on bags with 2 days worth of clothes)
-the car does not have a USB-C port, only a USB and lighter port, so prepare for that if you are relying on using a USB-C port charger to charge your phone during your car rides.
