Jacob was very quick to respond with my messages. . The parking spot was easy to get to and clearly marked. As soon as we got off the plane, we went straight to the vehicle, loaded our luggage and off we went. So easy! We were expecting the car to be cleaned but he said it was raining when he dropped it off. No big deal.
