Super easy for my first time using Turo! Car was perfect for the four of us to cruise the island for 5 days. Andrew was very laid back and quick to respond. We extended our rental from 4 to 5 days without issue. The location was great, as we stayed in Waikoloa resort area. Easy to find, easy to return. I'd rather my money go to a local family than the big box rental companies!
