We had an amazing experience renting a Jeep in Hawaii! The vehicle was perfect for exploring the island, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding customer service from Caitlin. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She even went out of her way at the last minute to provide some goodies for my 40th birthday, which was such a thoughtful and special touch! Her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made our trip even more memorable. The entire rental process was smooth and stress-free, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely rent from them again on our next trip to Hawaii. Highly recommend, especially if you get the chance to work with Caitlin!
