Car road great and host allowed one more day that I needed for work. Car was very clean on inside. Front may need alignment slight shake in steering wheel but nothing bad just noticed when I started my trip

The car was clean, worked fine. The host instructions were clear, and the host was very responsive. The biggest issue was that the screen and the vehicle did not work making it impossible to control GPS or music in the vehicle. I wish we had known that before we booked.
It’s surprising to see that claim, as I provided photo documentation from both before and after your trip clearly showing the screen was functioning. The vehicle was returned in poor condition and without fuel, which resulted in the applicable charges. Please ensure reviews accurately reflect the situation.
