Super easy pickup process, Shane was very responsive and the car operated well, but I don’t know that this vehicle should continue to be rented out until that vibrating noise associated with the AC is resolved. If you drive with the AC on at any level, there will be continuous noise unless you turn it off and it became incredibly annoying very quickly. Other than that, the vehicle got us from point A to B.

First the pick up location was wonderful! Easy access.
Second the vehicle was dirty on the outside n inside was dusty, it activated his allergies.
Third the AC takes a while to come at least cool then eventually comes colder. It has to b on high in order to at least b comfortable.
Fourth there’s a huge roach in the car somewhere in the vents. Hopefully it found its way out.
Fifth the Host was easy to get a hold of which is a A

Thanks for sharing your experience, Kalei. I'm glad communication and pick-up were smooth. I thoroughly vacuum the car before every booking, but unfortunately dust can happen in an active vehicle. The AC typically works well but needs a few minutes to cool down in extreme heat and humidity. Lastly, I do verify the car is pest-free before checkout, but outdoor bugs are common in Hilo and can enter the vehicle. Thanks for your feedback.
