Thank you for the feedback, we are truly sorry about your trip , our vehicle had an unreported malfunction which has now been addressed. Smell wise, our apologies, some air fresheners do tent to stink. We will discontinue the usage of that specific Air freshener. We hope to have another opportunity to proof ourself to you and your family in the future.
Great communication! Great car!

The car was clean, comfortable, and easy to drive, and pickup and drop-off were a breeze. I enjoyed driving it so much that I’m now considering a Honda Pilot! The host was the best part of the experience: a real person behind the business, not automated messages from a company. They were accommodating and quick to respond. I’d absolutely rent from them again and recommend them to everyone!
